Has anyone seen the episode of The Simpsons when Milhouse moves to
Capital City? At the end of the episode there's a black lady with
black curly hair and a pink jacket and she dances to "Moving on up"
says "George Jefforson, wherever you are, we love you and come home"

Is she Whitney Houston?
